Kahlua-Pecan Brie

  • 3/4 c. chopped Pecan Yummies
  • 1/4 c. Kahlua
  • 3 TBSP of brown sugar
  • 1 (14-16 ounce) Brie

Mix Kahlua, Pecan Yummies, and brown sugar together.

Cut and discard rind from the top of the Brie.

Place Brie in ovenproof dish and spoon Pecan Yummie mixture over the top.
Bake in preheated 350 oven for 20 -25 minutes.  Serve with crackers of choice.

Note:  Do not over bake the Brie, or it will melt.  You want the Brie to maintain shape and be soft enough to spoon on the crackers.

Yummie in Your Tummy Strawberries

  • 1 lb of fresh strawberries
  • Dip it in – 8oz. Dolci Frutta microwaveable chocolate sauce
  • 1/3 Cup .Yummie Crummies
    and 2/3 Cup Chopped Pecan Yummies -combined

Dip the strawberries or other fruit (oranges, apples etc) in the warm
chocolate, next roll the coated fruit in the Yummie Crummie mixture.

Refrigerate, and devour when chocolate has hardened.

Makes about 1 lb or 16-20 strawberries.

Yum Dinger Chicken

  • 1 cup chopped fine Pecan Yummies
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp. dried basil
  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup honey mustard (or spicy mustard)

Preheat oven to 400. Combine bread crumbs with the chopped Pecan Yummies. Add the dried basil. Season with salt and pepper. Rub each breast with the honey mustard, then coat with the Yummie mixture. Place the coated chicken on a nonstick baking sheet and drizzle with 2TBSP olive oil. Bake 15-20 minutes until golden. Yummie!

Ideas for and Pecan Yummies and Yummie CrummiesTM

  • Use instead of sugar on your favorite cereal or hot oatmeal.
  • Use chopped on your favorite vegetable, e.g. yams, green beans, or squash.

Pecan Yummies Pie Crust

  • 1 ¼ cups all purpose flour
  • ¾ cup Pecan Yummies
  • ¼ cup light brown sugar
  • 6 Tbs unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 egg lightly beaten

In a food processor combine flour, , sugar. Blend until pecans become finely chopped. Add butter and pulse until crumbs are formed. Add the egg and pulse until the dough comes together. Chill for 20 minutes or until needed. Press dough into a nine inch pie plate reserving ½ cup for crumble topping. Use with any fruit pie filling. Bake at 375 until golden brown.

Yummie Crummie Ice Cream Delight

Vanilla ice cream, slightly softened or finely chopped Caramel or chocolate sauce for drizzles

Form as many vanilla ice creams balls as desired using ice cream scoop. Roll the balls in till completely covered. Place on dessert plate and drizzle with topping of choice. Devour!

AMY’S Yummalicious Salad

  • 1 bag field greens
  • ½ cup Craisins®
  • ½- ¾ cup , chopped Pecan Yummies
  • 1 cup Granny Smith apple diced
  • 1 pkg. Good Seasons™ Basil Vinaigrette Dressing prepared as directed
  • 1 cup feta cheese crumbles

Toss the first four ingredients together with desired amount of Good Seasons™ dressing. Garnish with feta cheese.
Serves 4.

Yummie Yam Casserole

  • ½ cup chopped Pecan Yummies
  • ½ cup brown sugar or substitute
  • ½ stick butter, softened
  • ½ cup shredded coconut
  • 1 can (40oz) yams, drained & mashed

Preheat oven to 400°

Combine first four ingredients to make a crumb mixture. Place the yams in a lightly greased casserole dish. Cover them with the mixture, and bake until yams are heated through, and topping is melted, approximately 10-15 minutes. Serves 6-8
