- ½ tsp lemon juice
- 3 egg
- ½ c canola oil
- ½ c sour cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Blend above in mixer
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 3 c all-purpose flour
- 2 c sugar
Add blended liquids into dry ingredients in a large bowl.
Blend – do not over mix.
- 1 c roughly chopped PECAN YUMMIES
- 8 tbsp Yummie Crummies
- 2 c shredded zucchini (drained)
- Add shredded Zucchini first and then the chopped
- PECAN YUMMIES.
- Fold in gently.
- Divide in half and Pour into 2 greased 9 x 5 loaf pan.
- Top each loaf with 4 tbsp YUMMIE CRUMMIES!
- Bake in preheated oven at 350 for 55-60 minutes.
- Let Cool for 15 minutes.
