Pecan Yummies Logo
  • 1 orange – remove both ends, then cut in 8 pieces
  • ½ c. orange juice
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ c. canola oil

Blend above in blender until smooth.

  • 1 ½ c. white whole wheat flour
  • ½ c. sugar
  • 1tsp baking powder
  • 1tsp baking soda
  • 1tsp salt

Add blended liquids into dry ingredients into bowl.

Blend – do not over mix.

  • ½ c. chopped cranberries (craisins)
  • ½ c . roughly chopped PECAN YUMMIES
  1. Add Craisins and PECAN YUMMIES.  
  2. Fold in gently.
  3. Pour into greased muffin tins. 
  4. Top each muffin with YUMMIE CRUMMIES!
  5. Bake at 375 for 15-20 minutes or 20-25 if using jumbo pan.
