Ingredients
- 1cup Pecan Yummies, chopped fine
- 1/2 cup Bread Crumbs
- 1 tsp dried Basil
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast
- 1/4 cup Honey Mustard or Spicy Mustard
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400
- Combine bread crumbs with chopped Pecan Yummies
- Add diced basil
- Season with salt and pepper
- Rub each breast with honey mustard
- Coat with Yummie mixture
- Place the coated chicken on a nonstick baking sheet and drizzle with 2 Tbsp of olive oil
- Bake 15-20 mixtures until golden
Use spicy mustard for fish dishes – salmon, rockfish, trout, tilapia, catfish
