Yum Dinger Chicken


  • 1cup Pecan Yummies, chopped fine
  • 1/2 cup Bread Crumbs
  • 1 tsp dried Basil 
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • 1/4 cup Honey Mustard or Spicy Mustard 


  1. Preheat oven to 400
  2. Combine bread crumbs with chopped Pecan Yummies 
  3. Add diced basil 
  4. Season with salt and pepper
  5. Rub each breast with honey mustard 
  6. Coat with Yummie mixture
  7. Place the coated chicken on a nonstick baking sheet and drizzle with 2 Tbsp of olive oil 
  8. Bake 15-20 mixtures until golden 

Use spicy mustard for fish dishes – salmon, rockfish, trout, tilapia, catfish
