Yum Zinger Salmon

  • 1 cup chopped fine Pecan Yummies™
  • ½ cup bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp. dried basil
  • 4   4oz portions of Salmon
  • ¼ cup Spicy mustard (or Honey mustard)
  1. Preheat oven to 400°. 
  2. Combine bread crumbs with the chopped Pecan Yummies™.
  3. Add the dried basil. 
  4. Season with salt and pepper. 
  5. Rub each Salmon potion with the spicy mustard. 
  6. Coat with the Yummie mixture. 
  7. Place the coated salmon on a nonstick baking sheet and drizzle with 2TBSP olive oil. 
  8. Bake 12-18 minutes until golden.
