- 1 cup chopped fine Pecan Yummies™
- ½ cup bread crumbs
- 1 tsp. dried basil
- 4 4oz portions of Salmon
- ¼ cup Spicy mustard (or Honey mustard)
- Preheat oven to 400°.
- Combine bread crumbs with the chopped Pecan Yummies™.
- Add the dried basil.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Rub each Salmon potion with the spicy mustard.
- Coat with the Yummie mixture.
- Place the coated salmon on a nonstick baking sheet and drizzle with 2TBSP olive oil.
- Bake 12-18 minutes until golden.
