- ½ cup chopped Pecan Yummies™
- ½ cup brown sugar or
- substitute Yummie Crummies
- ½ stick butter, softened
- ½ cup shredded coconut
- 1 can (40oz) yams, drained & mashed
- Preheat oven to 400˚
- Combine first 4 four ingredients to make a crumb mixture.
- Place the yams in a lightly greased casserole dish.
- Cover them with the Pecan Yummie mixture.
- Bake until yams are heated through, and topping is melted, approximately 10-15 minutes.
