Yummie Yam Casserole

  • ½ cup chopped Pecan Yummies™
  • ½ cup brown sugar or
  • substitute Yummie Crummies
  • ½ stick butter, softened
  • ½ cup shredded coconut
  • 1 can (40oz) yams, drained & mashed
  1. Preheat oven to 400˚
  2. Combine first 4 four ingredients to make a crumb mixture. 
  3. Place the yams in a lightly greased casserole dish. 
  4. Cover them with the Pecan Yummie mixture. 
  5. Bake until yams are heated through, and topping is melted, approximately 10-15 minutes.   

Serves 6-8
