Yum Dinger Salmon
– Ingredients & Directions
- 1 cup. chopped fine Pecan Yummies
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1 tsp. dried basil
- 1/4 cup spicy mustard (or honey mustard)
*The secret is to dry the fish prior to applying the spicy mustard, so it will stick.
Preheat oven to 400. Combine bread crumbs with the chopped Pecan Yummies. Add the dried basil. Season with salt and pepper. Rub each Fish Portion with the honey mustard, then coat with the Yummie mixture. Place the coated chicken on a nonstick baking sheet and drizzle with 2TBSP olive oil. Bake 15-20 minutes until golden. Yummie!
